Taylor Alstad

Taylor was born in Virginia and moved to Savannah at age three, where he has lived ever since. He began his career in home inspections at 23, apprenticing with his father's inspection company, Homeworkz Inspections, before becoming a full-time inspector. In 2018, Homeworkz merged with Cingo, and Taylor has been a valued part of the company ever since.

Known for his thoroughness, honesty, and expertise, Taylor has earned numerous positive reviews from clients. His experience includes inspecting a wide range of properties—from historic homes to modern builds, as well as commercial structures. Taylor holds a South Carolina Home Inspector License and is a member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). He is also licensed by the Georgia Department of Agriculture to perform pest inspections.

When he's not inspecting homes, Taylor enjoys surfing, fishing, and spending time with his family.
