Price Increase Policy

Annually, Cingo evaluates our pricing. Our agreements permit increases beginning after the third year and up to 5% or the annual rate of inflation, whichever is greater, but we have rarely utilized this provision.

As a general practice, we do not typically increase pricing for the same customer in back-to-back years. When increases do occur, they are intended to help offset the natural rise in wages and other direct service costs.

We value long-term customers like you. Regardless of your specific price increase, your annual cost will remain competitive and will never exceed our current market rates for comparable services.
