Sid Carter

Sid brings a strong technical foundation and diverse real estate background to his work as a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI). Raised in Arab, Alabama, he earned his B.S. in Agricultural Business and Economics from Auburn University before continuing his studies at Southern Polytechnic State University, where he focused on Civil Engineering Technology—including surveying, structural analysis, soil and wastewater systems, HVAC systems, and building materials.

His experience also includes time as a Realtor with The Condo Store, Atlanta's first real estate company dedicated to the condominium market, giving him a well-rounded perspective on both home construction and the homebuying process. Sid is committed to providing clients with clear, knowledgeable evaluations so they can make confident decisions about their investment. When he's not inspecting homes, Sid enjoys biking outdoors and watching the Auburn Tigers.
