Duane Longenecker

Duane has been performing home inspections since 2011, a natural extension of his earlier work preserving, maintaining, and evaluating residential properties. A Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI), he brings extensive knowledge of environmental concerns such as mold, radon, asbestos, and lead-based paint. Duane is committed to helping clients protect their investment and feel confident in their purchase.

When he's not inspecting, he and his wife, Carol, enjoy exploring nature and historic sites on their tandem mountain bike.
