Katie joined Cingo in 2023 and as Director of Marketing, she leads the company's overall marketing strategy and ensures its execution across all channels. Her role includes brand messaging, internal and external communications, campaign management, vendor partnerships, and ongoing market research—all aimed at driving growth and alignment company-wide.
Since joining the team, Katie has doubled lead volume, increased web traffic, and improved marketing ROI. She launched internal engagement initiatives and helped Cingo celebrate its 50th year in business with fresh brand energy and stronger customer outreach. She also led a full overhaul of the CRM and inbound lead process, aligning sales and marketing more closely and building scalable systems for future growth.
Katie values open collaboration and believes marketing should be equal parts strategic and adaptable. She's focused on process improvement, building strong cross-functional relationships, and making sure marketing is not just effective—but also energizing for the team.
Katie began her career in commercial real estate marketing, and in 2018, she founded her own boutique marketing consulting firm. Through that work, she supported clients across multiple industries from local startups to mid-sized businesses with a national presence. She helped teams define a clear brand voice, make strategic decisions with their marketing budgets, build internal marketing functions and teams, and create strategies that support long-term growth.
Katie lives in Marietta, Georgia, with her husband and two daughters. She serves on the School Governance Team (SGT) for her local community school, helping guide decisions around programs and investments. She believes great marketing is rooted in data, adaptability, and a willingness to try new things—and that if you can't measure it, you're just guessing.
