As a pest control technician, you'll have your own predefined route. Each week starts with a team meeting where you'll grab supplies and train with the rest of the team. Then you're on your own—visiting properties, treating for pests, and helping customers understand how to keep their spaces pest-free. Never done this before? That's okay! We train everyone from scratch.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license

• Ability to lift 50 lbs

• Comfortable working independently

Our Customer Care Center Representatives assist customers with inquiries, scheduling pest control services, and efficiently rescheduling appointments as needed. They provide information about pest control services, address customer concerns, and ensure a positive customer experience. Candidates must possess the ability to effectively communicate by phone, through digital platforms, and in person.

Qualifications include, but are not limited to:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc)
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with customers and colleagues.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with high levels of energy and initiative.
