John McDonald

John brings decades of hands-on experience in residential and commercial property management to his role as a Certified Member of the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI) and a National Home Inspector. Born and raised in Atlanta, he attended Texas Tech University before returning home to raise his family and build his career.

For 17 years, John served as the Director of Property Services for the YMCA of Cobb County. Prior to joining Cingo, he spent 11 years with MRE Properties and Investments, where he managed a diverse portfolio of luxury residential and commercial properties. His expertise spans mechanical operating systems, interiors and exteriors, grounds, kitchens, baths, and pool systems, giving clients exceptional insight into a home's overall condition.

John is also certified as a pest control operator by the Georgia Structural Pest Control Commission and the Georgia Department of Agriculture. He is dedicated to providing clear, reliable evaluations that help clients make confident decisions about their investment. When he's not working with clients, John enjoys golfing, tennis / pickleball, and a friendly game of cornhole.
