Q What if I already have coverage from another company?

A

Depending on what services you already have, we can help facilitate a transfer of your termite coverage or start new services with us. No matter what you need, we'll make it easy

Q I have a pest problem now, but I also want to start a plan. How does that work?

A

We'll have to quickly solve the current pest issue before starting your preventative plan. An existing pest problem typically needs specialized treatments, as well as a follow-up visit to confirm the issue is completely resolved. Once that's complete, you'll be ready for ongoing preventative services so you won't have to deal with that issue again!

Q Do I Have to Sign a Contract?

We're so confident in our services, we don't require a contract. Pay for the services completed and the plan/coverage you need, and you can cancel anytime.

Q Why is there an initial start-up fee and what all does it cover?

A

The initial visit is comprehensive and can take up to 3 hours. We'll complete a thorough inspection inside and out, put down a good foundation of product, and address exterior spider webs or insect nests.
