Rodney Hope

Rodney Hope is the Operations Manager for Cingo's Real Estate Channel, where he oversees a team of home inspectors across Georgia and manages business development efforts for the South Georgia region. Rodney is responsible for meeting monthly real estate goals and ensuring exceptional service for Cingo's realtor partners. He also supervises the company's home inspections admin team, helping streamline operations and maintain service excellence.

Rodney began his Cingo journey in 2012 as a pest control technician in the Waycross market. His dedication and consistency earned him a promotion to Operations Manager for South Georgia, and later to his current role in the Real Estate Channel. With a background in construction, he was an instrumental part of launching Cingo's home inspection division.

Rodney is a Georgia Certified Pest Control Operator and DCO for the South Georgia office. He was honored as the 2019 Affiliate of the Year by the Southeast Georgia Council of Realtors.

Outside of work, Rodney enjoys woodworking and spending time at his river property with his fiancée, Mandy, her daughter Hanna, and their dogs. The couple plans to marry later this year. Whether managing teams or building something by hand, Rodney brings focus, leadership, and a craftsman's touch to everything he does.
