Rob Cook serves as our Vice President of Administration & Company Support, where he combines seasoned leadership with a heartfelt commitment to people. Prior to stepping into this executive role, Rob successfully managed our largest branch in Dublin as General Manager and later took on the position of Director of Initial Customer Experience. Now, as VP, he leads a dynamic and skilled team across human resources, customer care, finance, and technical services, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through his sharp attention to detail and natural knack for organization. Rob is admired for his approachable, supportive leadership style—one that builds trust and inspires loyalty from both team members and customers alike.
A proud University of Georgia alumnus, Rob began his career in journalism, a far cry from the home protection industry. Yet the strong community connections and local insight he developed during that time continue to inform his work today. His dedication to service reaches beyond the workplace, as reflected in his involvement with numerous impactful organizations, including the American Red Cross, Boys & Girls Club, United Way, Boy Scouts of America, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Exchange Club Foundation.
When he's not in the office, Rob enjoys quality time with his wife Kelly and their two children - Alex, a UGA graduate, and Olivia, who is proudly continuing the family's Bulldog tradition. An avid outdoorsman, he especially loves hiking—whether it's a quick trek or overnight adventure through the mountains. The Cook family are active members of Pine Forest Methodist Church, where they continue to grow their strong ties to the community they cherish.
