Director, Initial Customer Experience
Rob Cook served as General Manager of our largest branch in Dublin from 2015-2022 before moving into his current role as Director of Initial Customer Experience. He hosts a team made up of business development professionals, an operations manager, and pest and security technicians. Rob's attention to detail and innate efficiency keep his office running smoothly, and his warm, encouraging countenance inspires trust and dedication from his team and our customers.
Rob graduated from the University of Georgia and started his career in journalism, a far cry from home protection! However, Rob has found that knowledge of the local area and the deep community ties he built during those years have served him well as he continues to lead his team toward growth. Rob has served on the board of directors for several fantastic organizations including the American Red Cross, the Boys & Girls Club, the United Way, Boy Scouts of America, the Chamber of Commerce, and the Exchange Club Foundation. He and his family are members of Pine Forest Methodist Church.
