Buddy Mathis

Buddy Mathis serves as Operations Manager of Cingo's Initial Customer Experience (ICE) Team, bringing 30 years of experience in the pest control industry—including 17 years with Cingo. Since joining the company in 2008 as a sales representative, Buddy has held roles in sales, service, and management. Today, he leads the ICE team with a focus on operational excellence, ensuring team members are well-equipped, well-trained, and set up to succeed.

Buddy's responsibilities include scheduling, paperwork compliance, equipment management, and providing daily support that empowers his team to serve customers efficiently and effectively. He holds certifications in Wood Destroying Organisms, Household Pest Control, Mosquito, Turf & Ornamental, and Wildlife. While he values each certification, Buddy takes the greatest pride in leading his team and helping others succeed.

Before entering pest control, Buddy served in the U.S. Navy for four years, including active duty during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Provide Comfort. His military experience laid the foundation for the leadership, discipline, and commitment he brings to Cingo today.

Outside of work, Buddy enjoys hunting, fishing, and time outdoors with his family. He and his wife Karen have been married for 32 years and have two daughters, Elizabeth and Caroline, and three beloved grandchildren.
