Lauren Dalrymple

Lauren Dalrymple joined the company in 2025 and plays a key role in managing the home inspection channel, partnering with clients and realtors to schedule inspections while also building new business through strong relationships across the real estate community. With more than 20 years of experience spanning across business & legal operations, communications, and marketing, she is skilled at streamlining processes, optimizing systems, and driving strategic initiatives in collaboration with stakeholders at every level.

Known for her positivity, thoughtful approach, and problem-solving skills, she is committed to bringing value and reliability to her team and customers.

Prior to her current role, she served as Director of Legal and Business Operations at Cooper Holdings, where she oversaw Legal and Business Operations, IT & Procurements, Communications and Property Management. Earlier in her career, she worked in film and television marketing at Allied Integrated Marketing.

Lauren graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Public Relations. Outside of work, she is deeply involved in her community. She sings with Song of Atlanta, a women's a cappella chorus, where she has also served on the board of directors and led marketing efforts. She is part of the regional management team for Sweet Adelines Region 14, and has also served as PTA President at her children's elementary school.
