Kelvin Stephenson

Kelvin Stephenson is an Operations Manager for Cingo in Augusta, Georgia, bringing 17 years of pest control experience, including the last 10 with Cingo. Known for his leadership mindset, Kelvin believes in being a leader—not a boss—by leading from the front and working alongside his team to ensure their success. His goal is simple yet powerful:  Be great, and inspire others to be great.

Kelvin's pest control career includes roles at Terminix and Borden before finding his professional home at Cingo. He takes pride in getting "in the trenches" with his team, setting an example through hard work and dedication. For Kelvin, being in this position is not just a job—it's a blessing he's truly grateful for.

Before joining the pest control industry, Kelvin studied Early Childhood Education at Middle Georgia College and received a football offer from Georgia Southern. A personal family tragedy redirected his path, but his drive never wavered.

In addition to his role at Cingo, Kelvin is a creative entrepreneur. He launched FYMUSA, an audio/visual company in 2010 and has produced music for artists like 50 Cent, Nappy Roots, and Bobby Creekwater. He's also held roles in the music industry with Sony Music and as Head of A&R for BLKDMNDS in Los Angeles and worked in Atlanta at Tree Sounds  & 1210 Studios.
