Duane Longenecker
Inspector
Duane is an ASHI Certified Inspector, and began performing inspections with Building Knowledge in 2011. He has been preserving and protecting homes for over 40 years, and is an EPA Certified Lead Renovator. Duane offers mold/air sampling with lab results, as well as perspective on environmental concerns related to home ownership. He and his wife Carol enjoy exploring nature and historic sites on their tandem mountain bike and spending time with grandchildren.
