This uses termites' natural foraging behavior against them and ensures protection of your investment. These termite baiting stations are always active to prevent termites from reaching your home. All Cingo plans include a lifetime termite warranty.

First year is FREE! We've partnered with your builder to protect your new home before you even move in. Your warranty will renew each year with a single, annual renewal cost and an included yearly inspection. After your backfill, your first warranty renewal payment won't be due until a year from now. A full year's protection at no initial cost!

The Sentricon system is a termite baiting system that provides ongoing protection and monitoring against termites, rather than a one-time treatment. Sentricon coverage can be renewed for the life of the property, as long as the service remains active and fees are paid.
