We Partnered with Your Builder to Protect Your Home

When we pretreat a home like yours for termites, it happens in a 2-step process. First, we treat the property prior to your builder starting work. Then, we come out after your home is completed to do a second treatment called a backfill. We don't want to come out unannounced, so we prefer to schedule with you.

First year is FREE! We've partnered with your builder to protect your new home before you even move in. Your warranty will renew each year with a single, annual renewal cost and an included yearly inspection. After your backfill, your first warranty renewal payment won't be due until a year from now. A full year's protection at no initial cost!

Your warranty details the repair and retreat coverage that Cingo provides for your home in the event that termites somehow make it past our treatment. This warranty is due for renewal each year to continue that coverage.

The timeline of 5 years refers to the actual treatment of your home. All products have an expiration date. In the case of your termite warranty, the products used to treat the soil for termites will become ineffective around the 5 year point. We recommend upgrading to the Sentricon Baiting System by then in order to maintain your termite protection
