Bob Niven 

Bob Niven serves as Operations Manager for Cingo's Augusta area, where he leads a team of pest professionals dedicated to protecting customers' most valuable asset—their home. With more than 30 years of management experience, Bob brings strong leadership and a commitment to operational excellence to every aspect of his work.

He joined Cingo in 2016 as part of the Initial Customer Experience (ICE) Team, helping establish new customer accounts with care and professionalism. After 18 months, Bob was promoted to Operations Manager, where he now focuses on coaching his team, ensuring service quality, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Bob holds an associate degree in business and several industry credentials, including a wildlife trapping license, mosquito license, and General Standards Certification.

Outside of work, Bob enjoys hiking, kayaking, and spending time with his family. He and his wife have been married for over 30 years and are the proud parents of two daughters. Recently, he became a grandfather to a beautiful little girl, Amelia.
