Ashley Crouch

Ashley Crouch is a Sales Account Manager at Cingo, where she focuses on supporting homeowners who have recently purchased new construction homes treated by Cingo, as well as those who have completed home inspections. Ashley plays a key role in the company's builder channel, overseeing account management, builder relationships, and the growth of Cingo's builder portfolio.

Her experience in the industry runs deep—Ashley's father owned a pest control company where she was actively involved in operations including scheduling, billing, customer service, builder relations, and accounts payable. In 2014, the company was acquired by Cingo, and Ashley has continued to build on that legacy ever since.

She holds an Associate's degree in Business Administration, is a Certified Operator in Household Pest Control (HPC), and regularly completes continuing education to maintain her certification. Ashley is also a graduate of Cingo's Vision Builders leadership program and a recipient of the Good Stuff Award—an honor given to elite team members who have exemplified Cingo's core values.

Known for her friendly personality and love of life, Ashley enjoys traveling, shopping, attending sporting events, and spending quality time with her family. She and her husband Jake have been married for 22 years and are proud parents to two daughters, Madison and Savannah.
